A 90% refund is available with 30 days or more advance notice. Within 30 days any payment for bear tours is non-refundable. 30 days or less is not enough time to resale reserved seats. We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances that may cause last minute cancellations. In the event of a cancellation by Scenic Bear Viewing due to weather or other safety issues you have the option to a full refund or to reschedule on a space available basis. It's a good idea to plan 2-3 days in Homer for possible weather delays if your schedule permits. Please plan the whole day for bear viewing. The worst is to plan to go bear viewing the last few days of your Alaskan vacation or to go bear viewing and then try to drive to Anchorage to catch a flight.
